Welcome to my coaching journey. With years of experience and a passion for helping others, I’m here to guide you towards a more embodied you.

MY MISSION

Healing begins with embodiment—a return to the body's innate wisdom, where resilience is nurtured, and transformation unfolds. Through compassionate guidance and intuitive practices, this work invites each individual to release the weight of the past, soften into presence, and awaken to the vibrant aliveness within. Rooted in the belief that the body holds the stories of both struggle and strength, this journey is one of reclamation. Here, healing is not just a destination but a homecoming to the truth that has always lived within.

THE SHIFT SESSIONS: A SOMATIC EXPERIENCE

Alaska in the summer is full of life. The days are long, the sun rarely sets, and the world around us hums with energy. It's a season of movement, adventure, and expansion. And while that fullness is beautiful, it can also pull us away from ourselves.

The Shift Sessions are here to offer something different. These monthly in-person gatherings provide an opportunity to pause. To return to your body. To root into presence, even in the most vibrant seasons of life.

Each 2-hour session blends somatic practices, nervous system support, breathwork, movement, and moments in nature. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more open, and supported by tools you can carry with you into daily life.
