A 12-Week Somatic Journey to Reconnect with Your Body, Regulate Your Nervous System, and Remember Your Wholeness

The Path Back In is a 12-week 1:1 journey to reconnect with your body and the deep intelligence of your nervous system. It’s a space to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself with compassion, especially in places shaped by stress, trauma, or survival.

This isn’t about fixing what’s broken; it’s about honoring the protective patterns your body has carried, and exploring what they’re trying to keep you safe from. Together, we’ll work to regulate and re-pattern your nervous system, so you can begin to feel grounded, safe, and more at home in yourself.

You’ll learn to recognize your body’s cues, respond with care, and rebuild a sense of inner trust. This work is slow, steady, and deeply personal, offering you more space for presence, ease, and wholeness as you return to who you’ve always been.

A Journey For The Woman Who

  • Has been holding it together for everyone else but quietly unraveling inside. You carry a lot. You show up, stay strong, and keep going, but underneath, there’s overwhelm, grief, or exhaustion that’s gone unseen for too long.

  • Is caught in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional shutdown. You swing between feeling too much and not feeling at all. You're ready to understand what your body is trying to say, and how to support it.

  • Is longing to reconnect with your body but unsure how to do it safely. Being in your body doesn’t always feel accessible. This space offers a slow, supported return. Without pressure, only care.

  • Is living mostly in your head and struggling to feel what’s happening in your body. You can analyze and understand your patterns, but you’re craving deeper connection, presence, and embodiment.

  • Is moving through a transition, loss, or season of change. Whether it’s a breakup, grief, identity shift, or something unnamed, you're looking for a place to pause, feel, and integrate.

  • Has done talk therapy or mindset work, but something still feels unfinished. You’ve named the patterns and done the work, but your body still holds something deeper. You’re ready to tend to what lives beneath the surface.

  • Is new to somatic work or therapy, and ready to begin. You’re curious about this work and looking for a safe, supportive way to explore healing through the body and nervous system.

  • Is tired of just surviving and ready to soften into something more whole. You’re done with pushing and fixing. You’re craving steadiness, self-trust, and a life that feels more like your own.

  • You’ll learn how to begin sensing and understanding the language of your body through breath, sensation, emotion, temperature, texture, and energy. Together, we practice noticing without judgment or trying to change what’s there. This simple act of witnessing builds the foundation for trust and reconnection. Over time, you’ll feel more resourced in listening to your inner cues and understanding what your body is asking for, rather than overriding or ignoring it.

  • You’ll begin to recognize the states your nervous system moves through: fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and how those responses may be shaping your emotions, reactions, and choices. We’ll explore tools that help you shift toward groundedness and connection like breath, movement, orienting, and gentle sensory inputs that speak directly to your physiology. This is about learning how to feel safe in your own system, how to support yourself in moments of dysregulation, and how to stay with yourself through discomfort with compassion rather than fear.

  • Your body is wise. Sometimes it needs stillness. Sometimes it needs to move. We’ll explore simple but powerful practices that help release what your body has been holding without forcing anything to happen. Breath becomes your anchor. Movement becomes your medicine. Ritual becomes your reminder that your healing doesn’t just happen on the mat or in session, it’s woven into your daily life. These practices help you feel more centered, present, and embodied between sessions.

  • Your body holds memories, emotional patterns, and stories even if your mind can’t name them. In this space, we gently explore what might be living beneath the surface: grief that’s never had space, fear that’s shaped your choices, boundaries that feel hard to hold, emotions that feel too big or unfamiliar. Together, we approach these patterns with softness and presence—not to analyze or fix them, but to be with them, understand their role, and begin to loosen their grip. This creates space for something new to emerge—authenticity, self-trust, and deeper wholeness.

  • Real healing happens between sessions in how you respond to a moment of overwhelm, how you tend to your nervous system after a hard conversation, or how you choose yourself in small but powerful ways. You’ll receive personalized practices and tools between sessions to help anchor what’s unfolding whether it’s breath work, writing prompts, movement rituals, or gentle awareness practices. These are not “homework”, they’re invitations. Designed to be accessible and adaptable, they help you bring the work into your daily rhythms so that the transformation becomes embodied, sustainable, and lived.

Our Work Together

Each session is a space to slow down and tune in. This is not about fixing, rushing, or pushing through. This work moves at the pace of your nervous system and meets you exactly as you are: gently, respectfully, and intuitively. Every session is an invitation to come into a deeper presence with what’s alive in your body at that moment. We don’t override, we listen. We follow your body’s cues and build safety from the inside out.

What’s Included in The Path Back In:

  • 1 x 90-Minute Intake Session - We begin by exploring your history, current experience, and intentions for this work. This session lays the foundation for safety, clarity, and collaboration.

  • 10 x 60-Minute Somatic Coaching Sessions - These weekly or biweekly sessions are trauma-informed, intuitive, and entirely guided by your process. They include somatic practices, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and emotional inquiry.

  • 2 x 75-Minute Integration Sessions- Held at the midpoint and end of the journey, these spacious sessions are for deep reflection, anchoring growth, and moving through rituals or transitions that support closure and embodiment.

  • Personalized Practices + Integration Tools - You’ll receive breathwork recordings, movement suggestions, journaling prompts, and gentle rituals tailored to your experience so the work lives in your body beyond our sessions.

  • Ongoing Support Between Sessions - Optional email or Voxer check-ins between sessions for when you need to be held or witnessed in the in-between moments.

  • Access to Resource Library - A curated library of trauma-informed tools and nervous system support practices that you can return to again and again.
