Back In Your Body is a four-session somatic coaching journey for women who are ready to return to themselves, with gentleness, care, and support. Whether you're feeling anxious, shut down, overstimulated, or emotionally stuck, this space is designed to help you begin again by reconnecting with your body, breath, and inner wisdom.

This isn’t a deep dive. It’s a soft return to notice, to breathe and to return to the part of you that’s been waiting beneath the surface to be seen, heard, and held.

Over the course of five sessions (including intake), we’ll work slowly, intentionally, and in relationship with your nervous system. Everything we explore will be guided by what feels safe, accessible, and supportive in the moment.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Somatic awareness + body-based inquiry - Learn how to attune to your body’s subtle signals through sensations, breath, and emotion without needing to analyze or “fix” anything. We’ll build the foundation for reconnecting with yourself in a steady, grounded way.

  • Nervous system education + regulation tools - You’ll learn simple practices to recognize when your system is in survival mode (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and how to begin regulating back toward a sense of safety and presence.

  • Breathwork + grounding practices - Gentle breath and movement-based tools will help bring you out of your head and back into your body, in ways that feel nourishing and sustainable.

  • Tending to stored patterns or emotion - If and when it feels safe, we’ll explore the places where your body has been holding tension, grief, fear, or protection and begin creating space for release, rest, and reconnection.

  • Integration practices for between sessions - You’ll receive tailored suggestions after each session, such as breath work recordings, rituals, somatic prompts, or grounding techniques so the work can support you beyond our time together.

This work is paced by your body, not by a protocol or timeline. Some sessions may feel subtle and still, others may feel tender or revealing. All of it is welcome.

What You’ll Receive

A 90-Minute Intake Session

Your journey begins with a grounding intake where we explore your story, your current nervous system state, and your intentions. We’ll co-create a safe foundation and clarify what support looks and feels like for you.

4 x 60-Minute Somatic Coaching Sessions

These one-on-one sessions are guided by your body’s pace and what feels most present for you each week. We’ll use somatic awareness, breath, intuitive inquiry, nervous system tools, and gentle emotional processing to help you soften, release, and come back into connection.

Personalized Integration Practices

After each session, you’ll receive simple, optional tools to help you integrate, like breathwork, grounding rituals, movement suggestions, or journal prompts. These practices are designed to fit into your life with ease, not add to your overwhelm.

Nervous System Support & Education

Throughout our time together, you’ll learn how to recognize your body’s unique survival responses (like fight, flight, freeze, or fawn), and how to begin responding to them with more understanding, compassion, and regulation.

Optional Email or Voxer Check-Ins

You’ll have the option to reach out between sessions if something arises or you need a little extra support. This is a held container; you don’t have to navigate the in-between moments alone.
