Come back to your body and home to yourself.

You don’t have to stay stuck in old patterns, disconnected from your body, or carrying the weight of what’s behind you. There’s another way forward. One that feels softer, more spacious, and rooted in who you truly are.

These sessions provide a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence of your body, allowing you to begin listening in.
Through somatic work, nervous system support, breathwork, and meditation, I guide women in exploring what’s been stored, shifting what no longer fits, and embodying a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and free.

Whether you’re moving through stress, healing old wounds, or simply longing to feel more at home in yourself, this work meets you where you are. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about returning to the wisdom that’s already within you.

If you’re feeling the pull, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Book a free 30-minute connection call to feel into what our work together would feel like. No pressure, no expectations, just space to be heard, ask questions, and begin.

Somatic Coaching is for you if…

  • You feel stuck in patterns you know aren’t serving you, but you’re not sure how to shift them.

  • You’re craving a deeper connection with your body after years of living in your head.

  • You’ve tried talk therapy, but you’re ready to explore healing on a more embodied level.

  • You want to feel safer in your skin — less anxious, more grounded, more you.

  • You’re navigating stress, life transitions, or old wounds that feel like they still live in your body.

  • You’re longing for a space to slow down, soften, and hear yourself again.

  • You know there's more to healing than just coping, and you’re ready to make a change.

Somatic coaching supports you in reconnecting with the wisdom of your body, building a more compassionate and attuned relationship with your nervous system, and reclaiming your wholeness from the inside out. It’s a practice of coming home to yourself. Learning how to feel, process, and move through life with more presence, ease, and trust in your inner guidance. Through this work, healing becomes something that’s not just talked about, but felt, lived, and integrated.

What You Can Expect

No two sessions are the same because no two nervous systems are the same. Each session is guided by you and what your body is holding, needing, or ready to explore in that moment. We move at your pace with care, presence, and zero pressure. Sessions are held virtually over Zoom, so you can be in the comfort of your own space (cozy socks, cup of tea, and fuzzy blankets are welcome).

Our work might include:
Breathwork to regulate and ground
Gentle somatic movement to bring you into the body
Nervous system education so you can better understand your patterns
Guided meditations, visualization, or inner child work
Somatic inquiry and embodied journaling
Tools to support you between sessions, so the work lives beyond the call

This isn’t about “doing it right” or “fixing” yourself. Show up as you are. I’ll be right there with you, guiding, supporting, and helping you come back home to yourself.

PAUSE

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is… pause. To stop pushing, or holding it all on our own, and take a breath to make space for what’s stirring beneath the surface.

PAUSE is a one-off session designed to meet you right where you are. Whether you’re overwhelmed, feeling tender, all over the place, or simply craving time to be with yourself. This is a space for you to slow down, soften, and reconnect with the quiet wisdom of your body without pressure, without a plan.

It’s a beautiful place to begin if you’re:

  • Curious about somatic work and want to feel into it before diving deeper

  • Exploring working together and want to get a feel for my style

  • Navigating something heavy and need a moment to ground, regulate, or gently release

Whether you’re here to explore, exhale, or just land, you’re welcome here.

Back In Your Body

A 4-Session Somatic Journey to Reconnect, Soften, and Feel Safe Within Yourself Again

There are times when we feel far from ourselves or like we’re going through the motions but not really in our lives. Maybe you’ve been managing, coping, surviving, but inside, something feels off.  You know you need support, but not the kind that asks you to push harder or explain everything. You want to feel safe in your body again, but don’t know where to start.

Back In Your Body is a supportive, trauma-aware space to begin that return. A gentle, grounded somatic journey to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and start softening the patterns that have been keeping you stuck.

This is a space where less is more, where presence is more important than progress, and where healing begins in the quiet, subtle shifts of awareness, safety, and self-trust.

Whether you're new to somatics or returning to this work after a pause or a life transition, this container will meet you exactly where you are.

The Path Back In

The Path Back In is a trauma-informed, 1:1 somatic coaching journey for the woman who feels disconnected from herself and is ready to return, with care, with intention, and at her own pace.

Over 12 weeks, we explore the wisdom of your nervous system and the patterns your body has learned to hold: survival responses, emotional overwhelm, tension, shutdown, or long-standing protective strategies. Through body-based practices, you’ll learn how to listen inward, re-pattern your system, and begin to soften the layers that have kept you in survival mode.

Together, we’ll work with somatic awareness, nervous system education, breathwork, intuitive movement, and personalized integration practices to help you build inner safety, reclaim presence, and cultivate a more trusting, compassionate relationship with your body and your emotions.

This isn’t about forcing a breakthrough or fixing what’s broken. It’s about creating the conditions for your system to feel safe enough to remember. To return. To reconnect. To rebuild slowly, steadily, and in full support of who you’re becoming.

  • "I am so incredibly grateful for my work with Alyssa. She is an extremely gifted somatic practitioner. After doing a series of sessions with her I experienced big improvements in my stress levels, and a renewed sense of love and respect for myself. My nervous system feels much more resilient just in a few sessions. Alyssa has an amazing ability to create an environment where I felt comfortable sharing exactly what I was experiencing. Her facilitation style is clear, compassionate, and kind.“

  • "I've had amazing sessions with Alyssa that were transformative experiences where she guided me into an embodied and present state of consciousness. Through her thoughtful questioning and prompts, I felt safe and comfortable to express pent-up feelings. I feel that doors that I had unknowingly closed in defensiveness were healed during our sessions together. Alyssa is highly skilled at holding space for her clients. I first experienced this gift in her yoga classes. I highly recommend working with Alyssa. She is a lovely person and a gifted intuitive healer who has greatly helped me on my journey to become a happier, more whole person."

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Somatic coaching is a body-based approach to healing and personal growth. It helps you tune into your inner landscape; your sensations, patterns, emotions, breath, and nervous system.

Instead of just talking about what’s going on, we explore how your experiences live in your body and what your body might be trying to tell you. From there, we work with simple, gentle practices that support regulation, release, and reconnection.

This work helps you build awareness of your nervous system and begin to re-pattern it so instead of constantly living in survival mode, your system can learn to move with more balance, flexibility, and ease. Over time, that means more capacity to sit with discomfort, respond (rather than react) to stress, and cultivate true resilience from the inside out.

  • Nope! Come as you are. You don’t need to know anything about somatics, your nervous system, or how to “be in your body.” That’s what we’ll explore together. You just need to show up with curiosity and a willingness to listen inward.

  • While somatic coaching can feel deeply healing, it’s not a replacement for therapy. I don’t diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Coaching is more focused on present-moment awareness, building tools, and moving forward from a place of embodiment. That said, many of my clients do this work alongside therapy, and find it to be a beautiful complement.

  • That’s completely okay, and actually very welcome! Emotions are part of the body’s language. We’ll move slowly and create a safe container for whatever arises, without forcing anything. You’ll always be in choice, and we’ll go at a pace that feels supportive for you.

  • Sessions are held over Zoom, so you can be in the comfort of your own space, whether that’s curled up on the couch or sitting at your kitchen table with a cup of tea.

  • Just yourself! I recommend having a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. You might want a journal nearby, water, and anything that helps you feel safe or grounded (like a cozy blanket, essential oil, or your favorite mug).

  • That depends on your goals, schedule, and what feels nourishing for you. Some clients start with a single PAUSE session, others book a 4-session series to create consistency and momentum. We’ll talk about what feels supportive based on where you are and where you want to go.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to honor my time and energy, and also offer the spot to someone else who may be waiting.

Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full. I get that life happens, if there's an emergency or unexpected situation, just reach out!

You can reschedule your session through the confirmation email you receive at booking, or by reaching out to me directly.
