The Art of Attunement

A Free 3-Day Somatic Mini-Course with Alyssa Merwin

Come home to your body, and create space for what’s ready to move through you

Whether you’ve been doing the inner work for a while and still feel stuck, have been moving through therapy or self-growth and can’t quite seem to integrate what you’ve learned, or life has been moving at a fast pace, and it’s felt hard to press pause — this FREE three-day somatic mini-course is designed to meet you where you are, wherever that is.

Maybe you’ve been craving a way to reconnect with your body, to feel grounded again, or to move through something that’s been sitting quietly beneath the surface. The Art of Attunement offers a simple yet powerful way to begin. It’s a space for you to return to a rhythm that feels good, listen inward, and rebuild trust with your body’s natural intelligence.

This three-day online journey invites you to remember what it feels like to inhabit your body with ease and presence. Through guided somatic practices delivered straight to your inbox each day, you’ll explore what it means to regulate, release, and reconnect — one intentional moment at a time.

What You’ll Experience

Each day, you’ll receive a guided somatic practice and a short reflection to help you integrate what arises. These practices are gentle, accessible, and entirely online — you can experience them from anywhere, at your own pace, and revisit them anytime you need a reset.

Over the course of three days, you’ll begin to feel more grounded, calm, and connected to your body. You’ll start to recognize the ways your system communicates with you, learn how to move through emotion with more ease, and rediscover a sense of trust and safety within yourself.

You’ll also begin to understand the inner workings of your nervous system — learning how stress, trauma, and tension live in the body, and discovering specific tools that help bring you out of stress responses and back into regulation. Each day deepens your ability to attune to your inner landscape, helping you feel more balanced and in rhythm with yourself.

And the best part — you’ll have continued access to all of the videos and practices, so you can return to them over, and over, and over again. Each time you revisit them, you’ll meet yourself in a new season, with new awareness, and new space to soften and grow.

Three Days, Each An Invitation To Return

Day One: Awareness

Awareness is where connection begins. This first day is about slowing down enough to listen; to your breath, your body, and what’s been quietly asking for your attention. You’ll be guided through grounding and sensing practices that help you notice where tension lives, where energy flows, and how your body communicates with you. Awareness is the first step in coming home. The moment you begin to see, feel, and honor what’s really here

Day Two: Embodiment

Once awareness is present, the next invitation is to move with it. On Day Two, you’ll explore what it means to inhabit your body more fully — not just noticing what’s there, but feeling it and moving with it. Through gentle, guided movement and breathwork, you’ll begin to release what your body has been holding on to and reconnect with its natural rhythm. This day is about deepening trust: letting the body lead, and learning how to meet yourself in real time with curiosity and care.

Day Three: Expansion

With awareness and embodiment as your foundation, Day Three invites you into openness. You’ll integrate what’s been moving and create space for ease, breath, and possibility. This final day focuses on widening your capacity to feel — not just the soft or peaceful, but the full, rich spectrum of sensations and emotions. Expansion is where regulation turns into expression, and where you begin to sense the freedom that comes from being attuned to yourself.

Wherever You Are, You Belong Here

This experience is designed to meet you in whatever season you find yourself in. Whether you’re beginning to reconnect with your body for the first time in a while, deep in the process of healing, or simply craving a slower rhythm in your days.

You don’t need to know what you’re ready to release, or have the perfect mindset, before you begin. All that’s required is your willingness to pause, to listen, and to show up as you are.

The Art of Attunement was created with the intention to help guide you back to feeling grounded, clear, and deeply reconnected to yourself. You’ll have a set of simple practices you can use anytime you need to slow down, find your center, and begin again.

Meet Your Guide, Alyssa Merwin

Hey, hey, I’m Alyssa! For years, I lived mostly in my head, constantly moving, achieving, and doing everything I could to stay one step ahead of my own discomfort. After years of distracting myself with working 24/7 to avoid my feelings and unprocessed trauma, I knew something needed to change when my life took a complete 360 during the pandemic in 2020.

Somatic work was the thing that finally helped me slow down, feel my feelings, and not only listen to my body, but honor what it was telling me. It taught me how to listen to my body’s cues, regulate my nervous system, and build a sense of safety from within. That shift, from living in my head to living in my body, changed everything.

I created The Art of Attunement because I know how powerful that first reconnection with your body can be. I wanted to offer a space that feels safe, simple, and supportive. A place where you can begin to notice, feel, and move with yourself again, no matter where you are on your path.

These practices are the same ones I return to when life gets too loud, too fast, or too heavy. They’re gentle, accessible, and deeply grounding; a reminder that your body already knows how to guide you back home.

I can’t wait to share them with you!

  • "I am so incredibly grateful for my work with Alyssa. She is an extremely gifted somatic practitioner. After doing a series of sessions with her I experienced big improvements in my stress levels, and a renewed sense of love and respect for myself. My nervous system feels much more resilient just in a few sessions. Alyssa has an amazing ability to create an environment where I felt comfortable sharing exactly what I was experiencing. Her facilitation style is clear, compassionate, and kind.“

  • "I've had amazing sessions with Alyssa that were transformative experiences where she guided me into an embodied and present state of consciousness. Through her thoughtful questioning and prompts, I felt safe and comfortable to express pent-up feelings. I feel that doors that I had unknowingly closed in defensiveness were healed during our sessions together. Alyssa is highly skilled at holding space for her clients. I first experienced this gift in her yoga classes. I highly recommend working with Alyssa. She is a lovely person and a gifted intuitive healer who has greatly helped me on my journey to become a happier, more whole person."
